SUMMARY:Bakewell Carnival
DESCRIPTION:There will be entertainment on the recreation ground all afternoon. There are many Classic Cars on show . You will also find Bouncy Castles\, Stalls and Refreshments available. \n1:00pm                 All entrants to the Carnival to assemble on the recreation. Please see the Committee members on the park if you are unsure which class you fit into. You do not need to pre-register simply turn up on the day. \n2:00pm                  Judging of all entrants \n2:30pm                 Crowning of Bakewell’s Carnival Royalty will take place on the Recreation Ground\, The Queen and her Attendant \, Princess and Rosebud. \n3:00pm                 Procession Starts Leaving the recreation ground on to Matlock Street and following its route through town. \n4:30pm                 The procession returns to the recreation ground\,  some of the bands will then perform. \n
