Sunday August 15th Scarborough town centre

Following a very successful day in Scarborough last summer, we are returning for another breath of North Sea air on Sunday August 15th and a chance to have ourselves a good day out. We will be starting around 11.00 and playing until 4.00 in Westborough shopping area.

Sunday August 22nd Runcorn

Hill Park has become a regular for us together with Halton's Victoria Park at Widnes and we will be there on the bandstand on Sunday August 22nd for an afternoon of steel music from 2..0 till 4.00pm.

September 3rd. Freshfields.

Friday September 3rd is a special day for us as we support Martin Shaw and
Jenny Seagrove at the Freshfields Donkey sanctuary at Peak Forest,
Derbyshire SK17 8EE. Its signed off the A623 Chapel-en-le-Frith to
Chesterfield Road. It's a day for all the family to enjoy and it lasts from
12.00 through till 4.00pm. There'll be stalls, games, shops and of course
all the donkeys to see. For more information visit www.donkey-village.org.uk

Sunday September 5th Swinton

We're back at Victoria Park, Swinton, Salford for an afternoon concert on the bandstand. This year we're hoping that the sun will continue to shine for us.

Saturday/Sunday September 11th/12th Yesteryear Rally Malpas

Once again we're back at the Malpas Yesteryear rally in Hampton, Malpas Cheshire, just off the A51, Whitchurch - Chester road. We will be there for both days of the rally so you will have a chance to catch us between taking in everything else that the show provides.

Saturday October 23rd Liverpool One

The Orchestra has appeared in Liverpool many times over its 25 year history,
but Liverpool One is the new shopping experience right in the heart of the
city and a recent number One for us as well as we return for a second
session this autumn to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The venue is opposite
the John Lewis store from around 11.00 in the morning through to 4.00pm. We
will be collecting for our favourite charity, the Royal Manchester
Children's Hospital Bone Marrow and Stem Cell Trust for which we have now
raised over £39,000 since the band was established in 1985.

Friday October 29th Chesterfield

We are back playing again at the annual Garden of Light festival in Queen's Park, Chesterfield. Last year the evening was great with lots to do for everyone - funfair, fireworks, street performers and a band stand of steel music

Saturday November 6th Merseyway, Stockport

Back on home territory for the third time this year, we will be celebrating
our 25th Anniversary in Merseyway, Stockport on Saturday November 6th. We
are trying to increase the collections for our favourite charity, the Royal
Manchester Children's Hospital Bone Marrow and Stem Cell Trust, to a round
figure of £40,000 since the band was established in 1985. Come along and
join in the celebration where we will have our CDs available for your early
Christmas presents.

Sunday November 21st Chesterfield

Back again in Chesterfield for the second time in four weeks! This time its the day the Christmas lights get switched on and we will be on Knifesmithsgate outside the Next store. If the weather is as good as last year it will be a good day to come and refresh your steel music memories.

Saturday December 4th Marple Bridge, Cheshire

Marple Bridge Winter Wonderland has become a regular venue for us and a very busy one for the residents of Marple Bridge. You could hardly move last year for the support given to the event, and our audience stuck like glue - about three feet away. We use this event to support our charity, The Royal Manchester Children's Hospital Bone Marrow and Stem Cell Trust.
